Levragd Concierge

The speed of AI.
The judgment of a human.

Levragd can create a lot of content very quickly. Concierge adds something AI can’t provide on its own: personal editorial judgment from the person who built Levragd.

Limited availability.

AI can make more content.
That doesn’t mean you should publish more content.

Levragd is designed to make content production dramatically easier. But production is only part of the job.

Good content still needs judgment.

  • Does it actually say something?
  • Does it sound like you?
  • Is it useful to the person reading it?
  • Is the structure doing its job?
  • Is anything missing?
  • Is anything unnecessary?

That’s where Concierge comes in.

Selected pieces receive personal review from Christopher Vigneron, a content designer, writer, and editor with more than 20 years of experience teaching, editing, writing, and designing content for real people.

A piece is one item you send for review, like an article or a LinkedIn post. A repurposed version counts as its own piece if you ask for it to be reviewed.

Create. Refine. Learn.

  1. 01. Create

    Levragd does the heavy lifting.

Generate content using your company’s knowledge, brand guidelines, audience information, terminology, and Brand DNA.

  2. 02. Refine

A human looks at what matters.

Selected pieces receive personal editorial review focused on clarity, voice, structure, audience, usefulness, and the things that make content feel unmistakably human.

  3. 03. Learn

    The system gets better.

Feedback doesn’t disappear after publication. Useful editorial decisions are fed back into your Brand DNA so future content can reflect what we’ve learned.

AI generates. Human judgment refines. The system learns.

What a personal review means

What I look for

  • Does it sound human?

Does it sound like something an actual person would say?

  • Does it say something?

Is there a meaningful idea underneath the words?

  • Is it clear?

Can the intended audience understand it without unnecessary effort?

  • Is it useful?

Does it help the reader do, understand, decide, or feel something?

  • Does it sound like you?

Does the piece reflect the client’s actual voice rather than generic AI language?

  • Would I keep reading?

Does the opening earn the reader’s attention?

  • What’s missing?

Is there information, context, evidence, or a perspective that needs to be added?

  • What doesn’t need to be there?

Can anything be removed to make the piece stronger?

How feedback is organized

Every review answers three questions.

Keep
What is already working.
Fix
What needs improvement.
Think
Higher-level observations about the idea, audience, positioning, or content strategy.

The third one is the point. This is editorial judgment and strategic thinking, not proofreading.

The Something Feels Off Check

Years of editing teach you to notice the things that are difficult to put into a checklist.

  • A sentence can be grammatically correct and still feel wrong.

  • A headline can be clever and still say nothing.

  • A product explanation can make perfect sense to the person who wrote it and confuse everyone else.

  • Content can be polished, optimized, and completely unnecessary.

That’s the stuff I’ve spent years learning to spot.

I built that instinct into Levragd.

The person behind the review

I’m Christopher Vigneron, the founder of Levragd.

I’ve spent more than 20 years teaching, editing, writing, and designing content for humans, including more than a decade working in content design across SaaS, healthcare, B2C, C2C, fintech, and crypto.

Levragd is where that experience meets AI.

AI gives it speed.
Experience gives it judgment.

Why limited?

Personal editorial review doesn’t scale infinitely, and that’s the point.

Concierge is intentionally limited so the human part stays human. Rather than putting hundreds of clients into a queue, I work with a small number of companies where personal editorial judgment can make a meaningful difference.

Concierge FAQ

Is Concierge a consulting service?

It’s a software-plus-service offering. You get Levragd’s AI-powered content production plus personal editorial review and strategic feedback from Christopher.

How many pieces do you review?

Concierge includes up to 10 personal editorial reviews per month.

What does a review include?

Reviews focus on voice, clarity, structure, audience, usefulness, and higher-level editorial considerations. Feedback is organized around what to keep, what to fix, and what to think about.

Can you review any type of content?

Concierge is designed for the kinds of content Levragd produces. If you have a specialized format or workflow in mind, the application process is the right place to discuss it.

Do you personally review every piece?

No. Concierge includes up to 10 selected personal editorial reviews per month. The goal is to apply human judgment where it has the most value.

Does your feedback improve future content?

Yes. Useful editorial decisions can be incorporated into your Brand DNA so future Levragd output reflects what we learn.

Why is Concierge limited?

Because personal editorial judgment doesn’t scale infinitely. Concierge is intentionally limited so the human part stays genuinely human.

Does Concierge guarantee results?

No. Concierge gives you personal editorial feedback to make your content stronger, but we can’t guarantee any particular business outcome, such as traffic, leads, or sales. See our Terms of Service for details.
