Privacy Policy
Effective September 8, 2026
1. Who we are
Levragd is operated by Levragd Labs, currently based in the United States (“Levragd,” “we,” “us”). We’re the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@levragd.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication details (or your Google account identifier, if you sign in with Google).
- Business content you provide: your company’s website, product information, brand guidelines, and other source materials you submit so Levragd can generate content for you.
- Generated content: the opportunities, drafts, and other output Levragd creates for your account.
- Free website analyses: the address of the website you enter, and the summary generated from it (what the company sells, its likely customers, its content themes, and suggested opportunities). You don’t need an account for this. We keep the summary for 30 days so you can choose to share it, and it stays private unless you turn on a public link. The weaknesses the analysis points out aren’t kept.
- Usage data: how many generations you’ve used, your plan tier, and similar account/billing state, plus the dates of a few milestones (for example, when you create your first piece of content), which we use to see where people get stuck.
- Emails and preferences: the emails we send you (verification, password reset, and the free-trial emails below), and whether you’ve asked us to stop the free-trial ones.
- Messages and applications: feedback you send from Settings, a Concierge application (your name, email, company, website, and your answers), and, if you cancel, the reason you give when asked.
- Abuse-prevention counters: to limit misuse of the free website analysis, we count requests per visitor and per day. The visitor is identified only by a one-way hash of the IP address, not the address itself, and these counters are deleted within a day or two.
- Declined requests: when a request is declined under our Acceptable use rules, we keep the reason category, the website’s domain, and your account (or, for the free website analysis, a hashed form of your IP address). We don’t keep the page text.
- Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. We receive limited billing metadata (e.g. your plan status and a customer ID), not your full card number.
3. How we use it
We use your data to:
- Provide and operate the service, including generating content on your behalf
- Process payments and manage your plan
- Maintain the security of your account and enforce usage limits and our Acceptable use rules
- Communicate with you about your account or the service
- Improve and troubleshoot the product
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use the business content you submit to train AI models.
Emails. Besides messages about your account (verification, password reset, receipts), we send a small number of emails about your free trial: a welcome once your Brand DNA is ready, a note when you’re running low on free generations, and one when they’re used up. Each is sent once and carries a link that stops them. We only send these to an email address that has been confirmed.
Shared analyses. If you create a public link for a free analysis, anyone who has the link can view that summary. We mark these pages so search engines don’t list them, but anyone you give the link to can pass it on. You can turn the link off at any time, and it stops working after 30 days.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers (“subprocessors”) to operate Levragd. We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone else.
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud: hosting, authentication, database, and file storage.
- Anthropic: the business content and instructions you submit are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate your content, along with an anonymous identifier (a hash, never your email or IP address) so abuse can be traced to the person responsible.
- Stripe: payment processing and billing.
- Resend: sending email. Your email address and the message are passed to it so it can deliver account, free-trial, and support emails.
- Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (through Firebase App Check): checks that a request comes from a real browser on our site, to keep automated sign-ups and bulk use of the free analysis out. It receives technical signals from your browser and device, including your IP address.
- Sentry: error monitoring. It receives technical error reports (the error, the page address, and your browser type) so we can fix problems. We don’t intentionally send your content.
Levragd Labs and the providers above are based in the United States. If you’re located outside the US, using Levragd means your data is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where transfers from the EEA/UK apply, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer (such as standard contractual clauses).
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies/local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and the app working. We don’t currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data (including uploaded materials, generated content, and files) within a reasonable time, except where we’re required to retain limited records (e.g. billing history) for legal or accounting purposes.
Free website analyses are kept for 30 days. A shared analysis page stops working when the link is turned off or after 30 days, whichever comes first. The request counters used to limit abuse are deleted within a day or two.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete most of your data yourself from your account, or email support@levragd.com and we’ll handle it. If you’re in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Download your data. You can download a copy of what’s in your account at any time from Settings, under “Your data”: your Brand DNA, opportunities, content, and quality checks, as readable files plus one file with every record in full. Files you uploaded yourself aren’t included, since you already have the originals.
If a shared analysis describes your company and you want it removed, email us with the link and we’ll take it down.
8. Children’s privacy
Levragd is a business tool and isn’t directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you (e.g. by email or in-app notice) before they take effect.
